Synaptics started removing the ability to "middle click" using both buttons on touchpad drivers, starting with version 10.x

I middle-click all the damn time, so I use these drivers instead.  Yes, they feature Dell branding, but they should work with any Synaptics made touchpad.  This is the 64bit version, for Windows Vista or Windows XP.
