Today was an interesting if uneventful (and contradictory in definition?) day. I had an awful sleep, and kept waking up hours before I intended.
I ended up finally getting up around 10 AM, and then proceeded to sit around my room for two hours, watching Attack of the Show, and trying to wake up.
Once I finally awoke, showered, shaved, and dressed, I headed upstairs to sit around for another 1.5 hours before finally getting something to eat.
After eating I went out shopping (an errand, not fun awesome super woo hoo new stuff acquired-style shopping) with my Mom to get some groceries for dinner, and some much needed new body wash.
Shortly after that I went about the task of setting up two new fans I had bought the night before at work, one in my room (easy) and one in my hobby room (much less easy) which, in turn, inspired me to rearrange/clean up the room, and set up the table I used to have in my bedroom as a hobby table.
(As an aside, to prove how procastihappy I am, I originally thought of setting up the table 3 weeks ago. Just now did it, and not after actually setting out to do so. It took 5 minutes.)
After setting up the table and rearranging the room, I finally moved all my Warhammer-related stuff onto the table and onto the tool-tray I’m using for paints and tools… and then set up the fan.
After that I spent a few hours watching TV while reading up about random stuff on the internet. (Mostly things that just pop into your head like: Who is the leader of Guam? Is it hard to be a UN translator? I wonder what the weather in San Diego is right now… etc) and then finally set about having something for dinner.
Right after dinner (within mere moments) I found myself in the hobby room, painting one more of my Kroot, and finishing off the bases on a few other. I don’t even know how I ended up talking myself into doing so, it just happened so fast.
Anyhoo, the Shaper I modified is now painted, and there are only 5 more Kroot that need their paintjobs before … uh.. I need to get more things to paint.
Incidentally there are more things to paint (and more paint!) in the mail.
