Ullr and Iðunn

I’ve decided to rename my 360 from Odin to Ullr. My original Xbox was Odin, merely because I couldn’t really think of a good name for it that fit into Norse mythology, but now that I finally have, I’ve decided to rename my 360 from “Odin 360″ to Ullr.

Ullr is the Norse god of skill, the hunt, and duels. That really ties into what I got my 360 for, since I bought it for Gears of War and Halo 3, and Xbox Live.

Also, I’ve recently decided to get a Wii this Christmas. If I am able to do so — I can’t even buy one ’til mid-December, at which point they’ll all be sold out, most likely :( –I will name it Iðunn (pronounced Idun), after the Norse goddess of youth. She was the keeper of the apples that allowed the gods to keep their eternal youth, and I think that’s quite fitting for a Nintendo console. ;)

They are milking the fact that the McRib is only around once and a while.

    That’s sad, really.

They’re shamelessly billing it as “The McRib Farewell Tour *3*!” Pretty soon it’ll have more sequels than the Final Fantasy series.

I’ll be getting one later anyway. :P

eh, if they sold them in Canada, I’d get one too. ;)

But yeah, when I saw the site, and the “McRib Farewell Tour 3″ badges, I was like: “oh my god… really? Like, come on!”

That’s the least flattering picture of anyone ever.

Did you notice that one single strangely colored front tooth?

If he ever creates his own cologne, it should definitely be called “glasses,” because who doesn’t love the smell of.. glasses?

Yes, I had noticed the tooth thing. But no, glasses reek, man. They smell like EARS.

E.A.R.S. And no, that’s not an acronym.
