Spoke too soon?

Remember, a post or two ago when I said I wanted that PHP et MySQL book?

Yeah, about that. Well, I seem to have found something much… much better.

Seeing as I could always just read up on those two subjects online rather easily, I’ve decided to go with getting a game, instead. Which one, you ask? Civilization IV.

Why would I want such a game? Well you see, I absolutely love turn-based real time strategy games. I used to play Civ II on an o’l Mac LC ages ago, and I loved it. I’ve never played Civ I, Civ III, or any of the expansions, but I played the Civ IV demo yesterday and my god is it fantastic. So yeah. Civ IV. I’m going to try and convince Ben to get the game as well.

    You realize your Blog is in reverse chronological order, right? And I’m reading the newest post first, so when you say “a post or two ago,” you really mean “a post or two in the future.”
