Movies. . .
I saw two movies today; “Down With Love” and “Laws of Attraction.” While the latter was superb, the former was.. subpar. I really didn’t like the plot-twist at the end; it seemed to ruin the movie.. a tad. I also saw ‘Hitch’ and ‘Monster in Law’ a little while ago. Both were fantastic. ;-)
Oh, and since Ben is out of town for the next.. month; I’m currently looking for stuff to do, that doesn’t involve gaming. Any ideas? Drop me a line. Currently I plan on watching movies, messing with the GIMP, anything Linuxy; and going somewhere myself. I need to get out of Sechelt for a while. Hell, I want to take a break from gaming and computing, too. @_@;; Just for a few days.

Gamereplays.org
I recently got an account at the CNCReplays forums, at Gamereplays.org
And, since I really needed a signature; I made one myself. While it might not be the greatest in the world, I still like it. Pretty good for the er, third sig I’ve made thus far. I’d post it right here, but WP resizes images and makes them look like Satan’s ass; so find it here.
—EDIT—
I’ve moved all my sigs, and the like into a new folder, so feel free to peruse them ‘ere.
Turn on your heartlight. . .
For those of you who don’t know BillyBob, he’s infamous for not only r0×0ring my s0×0rz, but he also has a trademarked “whoo!” which he includes in his music. He recently did a cover of Neil Diamond’s “heartlight”, which blew the pants off of .. uh.. my dirty laundry pile. Yeah, that’s it. Either way, you really should check it out. If you don’t, it’s your loss.
Get it here.
Oh, and for more BillyBob hits; click the ‘BillyBob’s Music’ link to the right.
The Dragon Awakes. . .
[NOTE: To make this post make sense, I'll include an update at the beginning:
I bought the Command & Conquer Generals Deluxe Edition at London Drugs on Friday, and have been playing it constantly ever since. Me and Ben have done a number of comp stomps, and are getting ready to play against my cousin Sean, and either one of his friends, or all three of us have a few more comp stomps, and then play against online people. Y'know, n00bs and rushers.]
I /always/ play as The People’s Republic of China. Not only China, but their Nuclear General; Tsing Shi Tao. Although I do actually once and a while play as either the GLA — never a general, just plain GLA — and the USA — this one is the least frequent, I really don’t like their army — I most often play China! China, China, China! Without my horde bonuses, nuclear .. everything, and propaganda towers, I would lose! But luckily for me; I’ve not lost a game yet. ;-)
I might make a Generals, Zero Hour, or just plain RTS/Gaming category if I decide to keep posting things related to them. I’d post my strategies, but.. dude, they’re all, secret-like.
Even Ben, whom I talk to about Generals every day, and play on the same team with, doesn’t know exactly what’s going through my head. .. Other than: “Nuke, Nuke, Nuke, Nuke, Nuke.”

They paved paradise, to put up a parking lot. . .
I found out the most amazing thing, like.. ever, today.
The Command & Conquer: Generals demo runs imazingly great with Cedega in Linux; even when I had X-Chat, LimeWire, Firefox, amaroK — not playing a song though –, KGet, Gaim, and Skype open in the background. With all of that running, it ran /faster/ than it does in Windows. -_-
I’m thinking of buying the Generals Deluxe Edition that comes with the Zero Hour expansion on the 17th — Friday — but it has not yet been confirmed, seeing as to do so, I would have to have my mom pay for half of it. I only have $20, and it’s $40 CDN. :-o But then again, my mom rocks, so who knows?
I’ve also been playing Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun — Firestorm in Linux as well. I have to say, I love Cedega.
