Alergic reaction?

My throat hurts, my nose is running, my ears are all stuffed up, and I can’t stop sneezing. Am I sick (AGAIN!?) or just having allergies? I only seem to sneeze when it’s really dusty.. so, here’s hoping I’m not sick.
