G4 Woes..

As of late, The ScreenSavers has been cancelled, in favor of a new show, with the same cast, but a new set and name, entitled: “Attack of the Show.”

For those with a wit that is sub-par, it’s a rip off of Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones. -_-

Because of my love for everything TechTV, I am hurt, and I officially dislike comcast. — When will I get to see Martin Sargent again? =(

But at least, since I’m in Canada, I still have CFH 2.0, with Leo Laporte! :D He’s teh master of ScreenSaving.

Because I’m certain the new AOTS — Attack of the Show — won’t have TSS’s great theme, I spent about six hours looking for it on the web. I finally found it! So all is well with the world.

If I’m going to get an Xbox. . .

Xbox live is going to be pretty important, right? Updates, and Halo 2 online would rock, but the problem? Well, it’s expensive, like.. $70 CDN a year, although that is a good deal.. But when it comes down to it, the problem is I can’t get more than one ethernet connection in my room, so.. if I can get my video card from them, TigerDirect might just make another sale.

The Plan. . . has changed.

As all great plans do, ours has gotten a minor revision.. erm, complete overhaul. No more World of Warcraft at all people. Nope. With our addicitve personalities, MMORPGs are just horrible, horrible ideas. And horrible ideas KILL. And cause cancer! … in koala bears! So, we changed our plan.

Ben will buy Unreal Tournament 2004 in April — sometime around the eight — and we will play many, many AS-Hellbenderrace..s. .. races. And, sometime around either mid or the end of April, I will be buying an Xbox. No, I’ve not gone to the dark side — ooh, KOTOR. That’s a good idea. — I just want to own all the consoles, and this is a step there. Plus, it’ll be obsolete soon, and I am ALL about owning obsolete hardware… over here. I’ll be buying at least the following games.. Not all when I get ze ‘box, but .. eventually:

1) Halo: Combat Evolved
2) Halo 2
3) Grand Theft Auto 3 and Vice City double-pack
4) Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
5) If I like KOTOR; KOTOR II
6) Mech-Assult — for if I ever want Linux on ze box, eh?
7) And finally, when it’s released.. GTA: San Andreas.

Yes, that’s a buttload of games, and no.. I don’t plan on getting Xbox: Live!, or at least not at first.

I’m not even sure about Halo 2, I like Halo enough on it’s own.

Our ideas have finally made it past the planning stage *gasp* and into the exploitation *er* doingness stage. Nathan has hopes for a job, *dubble gasp* dispite the lack of a resume! Once the cash flow starts we plan to buy World of Warcraft! Yaaa! Oh how my dwarf and Skippy, (my adventual bear) shal dance. But let us not forget Nathans (female) Nightelf, turning into the mad seal that she is! Oh it will be wonderfull. Now I must go, lawsuit from some penut-butter gopher thing company.

My god, the pain.

My throat aches! I’ve been sick for the last 3 days now, and my god, the pain! It hurts SO MUCH!
I can’t make my throat stop hurting, no matter what I do.
When I wake up in the morning, my throat is so swollen I can barely breathe. The only remedy is cold water, cold ice cream, etc. It helps ever so slightly, for about five minutes. Then it hurts again.

I’ve also noticed that these daytime cold pills I have seem to make it hurt less, but it still aches. =\

I hate being sick. Why am I /always/ sick!?
