Themes..

As you’ve probably noticed, my theme is just a very basic hack on the Default WP theme. I plan on adding more doo-dads, changing colours, etc, but I wanted to make sure It Just Works.(TM)

Any graphics on this site that I’ve made — i.e., not the links to Debian, Firefox, Thunderbird, the weather, or CTRL+ALT+DEL Online — have been made with The GIMP v2.2, because I don’t need no steeeenking Photoshop! Open Source, baby! :P

WordPress 1.5

I upgraded WordPress 1.5 today, it took a while, but I’m quite pleased with the look.

I’m now using the old header — you know, the big colourful Canadian flag one? — as my signature on the CC forums — others too, but you don’t need to know about those ones.

It took about an hour of work — with some hacking of the default theme, adding the weather to the sidebar, and some other stuff, etc — but was quite worth it.

I’m going to try leaving comments on for this post. If I get spammed, the comments will be deleted, and the comments turned off for the rest of my posts.

That was one big fricking book report.

Well, In every post, I’m just going to turn off comments, I guess…
I can’t fight the spam.

I don’t even WANT comments.
The only ones are mean ones by gamefreak, or boring ones by Ben. Oh, or things that Sthitaprajna could just say to me in CC, so why bother having them?

and I swear, if somehow, there is a comment on this post, I’m going to smash something.
